The fifth-ranked Nebraska volleyball team gets a Friday matinee for its NCAA Sweet 16 match against Colorado at the Lexington, Kentucky, Regional.

The former Big 12 foes will meet at 1 p.m. Friday, with the match streamed online at ESPN3.com. The Husker Sports Network (107.3) will have the radio call.

No. 6 Kentucky faces No. 7 BYU at 11 a.m. in the day's first match. Friday's winners will meet in Saturday's regional final at 3 p.m. That match will be televised on ESPNU (370) and also streamed online at ESPN3.com.

The NU-Colorado match will be the first meeting between the former conference foes since 2010, when both were in the Big 12. They did play a spring exhibition match in Ogallala in 2016.

The Huskers are 49-7 all-time against the Buffaloes and have won the last four meetings.
