Nebraska's Big Ten opener has a kickoff time set.

The Huskers' Sept. 23 home game against Rutgers will start at 2:30 p.m. at Memorial Stadium and be televised on Big Ten Network, Nebraska officials announced Monday morning.

That game follows NU's non-conference home finale Saturday against Northern Illinois, which kicks off at 11 a.m.

The only other games with set kickoff times at this point are the Huskers' Friday night tilt at Illinois (7 p.m. on Sept. 29) and Black Friday home game against Iowa (3 p.m. on Nov. 24). Both of those games, along with Saturday's game against NIU, will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1.
