Husker athlete prospect Talanoa Hufanga (Corvallis, Oregon) returned not one, but two interceptions for touchdowns in a 24-22 playoff loss to Churchill. The four-star prospect returned a third-quarter pick 43 yards for a score, and then a fourth-quarter pick 32 yards for another TD.

Nebraska wide receiver recruit Joshua Moore (Yoakum, Texas) caught five passes for 60 yards and two touchdowns in his team's 62-22 win against Rice Consolidated.

Husker defensive tackle recruit Masry Mapieu (York) had five tackles in York's 14-0 win against two-time defending state champion Elkhorn South in a Class B semifinal game.

Will Farniok's (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) Washington team became the first team in South Dakota 11AA/11AAA history to win three straight championships. The Warriors defeated Roosevelt 20-19 in the final.

Husker athlete prospect Bryan Addison (Gardena, California) had nine tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery in Junipero Serra's 35-21 loss to Cetennial.

Husker defensive end prospect Elijah Wade (Las Vegas) had three tackles in Arbor View's 48-21 win against Legacy in a regional playoff game. Arbor View is 10-0 this season.

Defensive back recruit Christian Tutt (Thomson, Georgia) had three carries for 32 yards and a touchdown, and three catches for 32 yards and two more touchdowns in Thomson's 48-8 playoff win against North Clayton. Tutt told SEC Country that he will make a decision this week, and that it's down to Auburn and Ohio State. Tutt visited Nebraska in September.
