Class B No. 3 Seward made quick work of Columbus, stretching out to a 15-0 lead after the first quarter on the way to a 60-31 win at the Class B-6 subdistrict at Seward.
Kayla Luebbe scored 11 points, and Camryn and Rylee Opfer each had 10 points for the Bluejays. Next up for Seward is a matchup with York.
The No. 6 Dukes raced out to a 27-10 lead at halftime on the way to a 49-26 win over Aurora. Lauren Riley had 15 points to lead the way.
Seward beat York in the Central Conference final, only to have the Dukes repay the favor with a win in the regular-season finale.
C1-1 at Norris: No. 8 Auburn rolled past Wilber-Clatonia 49-12. Ashley Teten scored 23 points for the Bulldogs, who will face Fairbury, which pulled out a 45-43 win over Falls City.
C1-2 at Weeping Water: Conestoga came out with a 49-43 win over Syracuse, led by Sierra Kile's 27 points. Autumn Hardesty added 16 points for the Cougars, who will face Louisville on Thursday, who beat Ashland-Greenwood 67-30.
C1-3 at Millard West: Class C-1 No. 5 Wahoo used a 19-6 advantage in the fourth quarter to take care of Omaha Concordia 50-39. Hallie Reeves led the Warriors with 18 points on the night. Wahoo will face crosstown rival Bishop Neuman, which defeated DC West 61-12.
C1-7 at Columbus: Columbus Scotus outlasted Aquinas 42-31 behind Bailey Lehr's 15 points. The No. 7 Shamrocks will face North Bend Central Thursday.
C2-1 at Fairbury: Fillmore Central closed out Freeman on a 15-7 run in the fourth quarter for a 45-34 victory. The Panthers will play No. 2 Superior Thursday after the Wildcats defeated Thayer Central 50-34.
C2-2 at Wahoo: The game was tight throughout but the Yutan three-point lead at half lasted throughout the second half in the Chieftains' 56-54 victory against Elmwood-Murdock. Danielle Neels led all scorers with 24 points in the loss.
D1-1 at Wymore: Johnson-Brock took down H-TR-S 64-38 behind 25 points from Jayse Koehler. Tri County got a 34-24 win over Diller-Odell and 15 points from Shae Wattjes. Johnson-Brock and Tri County will meet Thursday.
D1-2 at Sandy Creek: No. 1 BDS put together a 23-9 third-quarter run over Lawrence-Nelson, taking care of the Raiders 54-34. The Eagles will match up with No. 6 Meridian on Thursday after the Mustangs handled Deshler 62-45. Jaicee Sobotka scored 17 points to lead the Mustangs.
D1-8 at Centennial: No. 4 Friend turned on the jets in the third quarter to pull away from upset-minded McCool Junction, turning a three-point halftime lead into a 38-20 lead late in the third.
Raeleigh Menke led the Bulldogs with 18 points. Hadley Wiemer led the Mustangs with 14 points. Friend will face Heartland in Thursday's final, after Bailey Peters scored 19 points and Taylor Quiring added 17 to power the Huskies past Mead 64-47.
D2-1 at Lourdes CC: No. 1 Falls City SH rolled past Cornerstone Christian 61-10 and had 11 players score. Sterling handled Lewiston 55-26. Malayna Wingert led the way with 15 points.
D2-2 at Malcolm: No. 3 Exeter-Milligan handed Osceola a 56-14 loss. Katherine White scored 17 points for the Timberwolves, who will play Dorchester on Thursday. Dorchester beat Mead 48-38, receiving 11 points from Jacee and Abbey Zoubek.
