OMAHA — Omaha police have released few details about the death of a 64-year-old man they are investigating.

Police said in a statement Sunday that Ronald Brown's death is being treated as a homicide.

Officers were called to a home near 39th Street and Curtis Avenue in northeast Omaha to check on the welfare of someone Saturday afternoon. They found Brown dead inside.

Police asked anyone with information about Brown's death to contact either the homicide unit at 402-444-5656 or Crime Stoppers at 402-444-7867.
