The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department has issued food enforcement warnings to:
Kahramana Market & Bakery, 850 N. 27th St. Immediate suspension, all food service operations ordered to cease. Meat being prepared at another facility that does not have USDA inspection. Numerous containers of food observed adulterated by mice, olives in walk-in cooler with mold, stagnant. Raw beef and chicken thawing in same sink, eggs over ready to eat items in display cooler. Employee stated that meat saw was being cleaned with soap and water and not sanitized. Leaking drain pipe requires tub to catch water. Items produced at local bakery lacking labels where made. Numerous pest droppings, dead mice and adulterated packages in facility. Evidence of smoking inside building found in rear storage and basement areas, smoking restricted to outside.
Chuck E. Cheese #568, 221 N. 66th St. Employees allowed to work without having food handler permit. Food handler data sheet incomplete (repeat). No chlorine sanitizer detected at warewashing machine, corrected. Splitter valve and hose exists at mop sink faucet, vacuum breaker hose bib must be installed (repeat).
Perfect Diner, 2855 N. 27th St. Employee cutting raw fish on cutting board, then did not sanitize surface (repeat). Worker did not sanitize dirty knife (repeat). Small amount of items used for lunch prep at incorrect temp, some placed on ice, others placed back in cooler. Numerous open beverage cups observed in kitchen.
