The public is invited to a Pearl Harbor remembrance program Thursday at Auld Pavilion in Antelope Park.
This year marks the 76th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, prompting U.S. entry into World War II.
Thursday's program is free and starts at 11:55 a.m. There will be music and coffee and doughnuts served.
Veterans or their family members are encouraged to bring memorabilia or share remembrances during the event.
Also Wednesday, Gov. Pete Ricketts will sign a proclamation recognizing the day as Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. He has ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff that day.
