The following inmates incarcerated by the state of Nebraska for crimes committed in Southeast Nebraska have hearings scheduled before the state Board of Parole (dates indicate when their sentences began):

n At the Community Corrections Center in Omaha, 9:30 a.m. Tuesday:

Gary Burlison, Lancaster and Dakota counties, July 1993, attempted escape, kidnapping, theft, burglary, aiding second-degree murder, robbery, 15 to 36 years.

Victor Gehrig, Lancaster County, September 2002, operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, attempted manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, attempted possession of a controlled substance, two years to 57 months.

n At the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution in Tecumseh, 9:30 a.m. June 21:

Michael Klepper, Seward, Fillmore and York counties, August 2003, attempted driving under a revoked license and driving under a revoked license, 20 months to five years.

n At the Community Corrections Center in Lincoln, 8:30 a.m. June 23:

Kenneth Hudson, Lancaster County, July 2003, possession of a controlled substance, 18 months to three years.

Ignacio Marquez, Lancaster County, January 2004, possession of a controlled substance, one to three years.

Philip McCorkle, Seward County, June 2001, welfare fraud and manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, five to 10 years.

Phillip McKay, York County, July 2002, drunken driving, 20 months to five years.

Eugene Planer, Seward, Madison and Platte counties, April 2003, manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and driving under a revoked license, 20 months to five years.

Brian Runge, Lancaster County, July 2003, attempted possession of a controlled substance, three to four years.

Ronnie Shane Smith, Lancaster County, May 2001, violation of a protection order and false reporting, 32 months to eight years.

n At the Nebraska State Penitentiary in Lincoln, 8:30 a.m. June 24:

Derek Breazeale, Lancaster County, June 2001, attempted burglary and burglary, three to 10 years.

Huy Q. Dao, Lancaster County, February 2003, terroristic threats and manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one year to 42 months.

Tony Eskey, Lancaster County, January 2004, driving under a revoked license and operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, one year to 18 months.

Mark Gruber, Lancaster County, July 2003, manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, 18 months to three years.

Charles Hellbusch, Lancaster County, June 2003, manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, three to five years.

Patrick O'Connor, Lancaster and Douglas counties, July 2003, attempted escape and drunken driving, 18 months to 42 months.

Juan L. Rodriguez, Lancaster County, March 2002, manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, three to six years.

Benjamin Shaner, Lancaster County, June 1999, possession or receiving a stolen firearm, theft by receiving stolen property, 42 months to 11 years.

Vladimir Sotnikov, Gage County, August 2003, theft, 20 months to five years.

Eddy Stabler, Lancaster County, December 2003, violation of the use of a financial transaction device, one to two years.

William Theisen, Lancaster County, November 2003, second-degree assault of an officer, two to four years.

Matthew Thomson, Otoe County, August 2003, second-degree forgery, 18 months to three years.

n At the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women in York, 9:30 a.m. June 25:

Tonia Berens, Lancaster County, January 2003, second-degree forgery, two to four years.

Vania Teeters, Lancaster County, December 2002, child abuse, 18 months to four years.

Lisa Wade, Otoe and Seward counties, May 2003, possession of a controlled substance, aiding acquiring a controlled substance by fraud, obstructing government operations, 20 months to three years.

Jolene Wilson, Lancaster County, January 2004, possession of a controlled substance, one to two years.

n At the Lincoln Correctional Center in Lincoln, 8:30 a.m. June 28:

Clayton Buell, Lancaster County, July 2002, sexual assault on a child, two to five years.

n At the Omaha Correctional Center in Omaha, 9:30 a.m. June 28:

Bobby Cahill, Saunders County, December 2002, possession of a controlled substance, attempted manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, 20 months to five years.

Gilberto Cornejo, Cass County, July 2003, attempted manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, three to five years.

Anthony Nielsen, Jefferson County, November 2002, drunken driving, 20 months to five years.
