A Lincoln man who sold crack cocaine to an undercover officer has been sentenced to four to eight years in prison on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Jaquant D. Ford, 41, sold crack to a member of the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force twice on Jan. 24, 2011, and once on Feb. 9, 2011, for a total of $140, according to the probable cause affidavit for his arrest.

Ford pleaded guilty to the distribution charges in January 2012 and was given a chance to avoid prison with Drug Court, but he failed to successfully complete the program, according to court documents.
