A 41-year-old Lincoln doctor accused of failing to pay sales taxes in Nebraska on a 2005 Porsche was approved for pre-trial diversion.

Dr. Matthew M. Glenn, of 7433 Stevens Ridge Road, was charged with the felony in March for allegedly paying taxes on the car in South Dakota.

Kevin Oursland, Glenn’s attorney, was in court April 1 without Glenn and asked Judge James Foster to reschedule his court appearance in two weeks to give Glenn time to meet with Diversion Services to see if he qualified.

Glenn’s case was dismissed last week, after he was approved for the program.

According to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Glenn is in practice at Pine Lake Health, 3901 Pine Lake Road.
