Two Lincoln teenagers face misdemeanor charges after police say they recorded and shared video of themselves engaging in sex acts with a 17-year-old girl.

The men, both 18, have pleaded not guilty to intruding on a person without consent, punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Police originally arrested the pair Aug. 11 and took them to jail on suspicion of manufacturing child pornography, a felony.

The girl told police Aug. 5 that a video showing herself and the two men engaging in sex acts was being shared on the smartphone app Snapchat and other social media outlets, according to an arrest affidavit filed in Lancaster County Court.

She told investigators she caught the men recording the sex acts on their cellphones when she was with them late July 28, and asked them to delete the videos.

The men promised they would, she said.

A week later, she learned one of the men had shared one of the videos with a Snapchat group of 10 to 15 people, she told investigators.

Both men were released from jail last month on a $10,000 bond. Prosecutors filed the intrusion charges Monday.
