An Omaha man arrested during a Lincoln prostitution sting has been charged with pandering and accused of choking a woman, arranging her travel and holding all her money, according to court documents.
Terrance T. Jackson, 39, was arrested May 11 in the sting at an undisclosed location.
Jackson was waiting there for a woman who negotiated a price for sex with an undercover officer before both of them were detained by police, according to an affidavit for his arrest.
Police believe Jackson was posting ads on social media for the woman, driving her to dates, talking with potential johns for her and using physical force against her.
He appeared in Lancaster County Court on Monday, where a judge appointed the Public Defender's Office to represent him.
If convicted, he faces up to 50 years in prison.
Jackson remained in jail on $250,000 bond Tuesday.
