William G. Lauer, 51, Lincoln, died December 21, 2012, at his home after fighting ALS for three years. William was a photojournalist who worked at the Lincoln Journal Star for 13 years and a philanthropist who created a foundation and united a group of people to get word out about the disease and raise money to fight it.
William wanted to thank all of his caregivers, and Horisun Hospice, the ALS Foundation, Care Consultants and Tabitha.
