Alice F. Dinsdale, 96, passed away May 27, 2012 in Lincoln. Born Alice Laura Fulliton February 16, 1916 in the Austin Community in Sherman County Nebraska to Frank and Euvena (Johnson) Fulliton. Resident of Eastmont Retirement Center from 1989. Alice graduated as Salutatorian from Loup City High School in 1934, Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1945 with postgraduate studies from Kearney State College, Chadron State College, and other institutions. Member and past officer of the Order of Eastern Star for 64 years.

She served as a United Methodist minister's wife for 52 years in the Nebraska Conference, taught elementary school, music, remedial reading, and remedial math in the Nebraska communities of Tryon, Louisville, Imperial, Albion, Omaha, Franklin, Republican City, Kimball, Potter, O'Neill, David City, Bellwood, Falls City, and Lincoln.

Preceded in death by Rev. Richard W. Dinsdale Sr. Survived by sons, daughters-in-law, Richard W. Dinsdale Jr. and Rev. Lynda S. Dinsdale of New Braunfels, Texas, and Randall E. Dinsdale and Susan H. Dinsdale of Lincoln. Six grandsons, Justin, Brent, and Andrew Dinsdale of Texas, Thane, Eric, and Matthew Dinsdale of Nebraska, one granddaughter, Rachel Dinsdale Verbeek of Lincoln, and one great grandson. Masen Dinsdale. Brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Phyllis Fulliton of Lincoln. Nephews and nieces.

Celebration of life at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 'O' Street. Rev. Lynda Schorr Dinsdale, officiating. Prior private family interment. Visitation: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday with family greeting friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., funeral home. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, to Lincoln Public Schools Foundation, Eastmont Towers, Trinity United Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church of New Braunfels, Texas, Abendmusik Lincoln, or donor's choice.
