Jason Mraz will bring his “Good Vibes” summer tour to Pinewood Bowl on Aug. 30.
The multi-Grammy Award winner will return to Lincoln for the first time in more than a decade. He played a Rococo Theatre concert in 2007.
The Lincoln stop is one of 34 on the “Good Vibes” tour, which begins July 27 in Cleveland and ends in September. Singer-songwriter Brett Dennen is the opener for the tour.
Mraz, who won a pair of 2010 Grammy Awards for “Make It Mine” and “Lucky,” broke through with his 2002 major label debut “Waiting for My Rocket to Come” and the hit single “The Remedy (I Won’t Worry).” His most recent album, “Yes!” was released in 2014.
Tickets for the Mraz concert are $35 to $99 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Tickets will be available at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office, ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
The Mraz concert is the fifth show announced for Pinewood Bowl this summer. Three of those shows, Mraz, Jackson Browne and the double-bill of The Steve Miller Band and Peter Frampton, were announced Monday morning.
