ABC television’s “SuperNanny” Jo Frost will come to Lincoln to help a local family with its parenting issues.

The family, who has not been publicly named, was selected following an open casting call in Omaha on Jan. 26.

To date, the Lincoln family is the only Nebraska family selected from the casting call.

As part of the show, Frost will spend several days with the family observing day-to-day life and providing techniques to help parents stop their children’s unwanted behavior. Frost then leaves the family for a few days to let them implement her suggestions, and returns at the end to see how things have progressed.

The show featuring the Lincoln family will air sometime this season, before May.
