For the second time in less than a month, Nebraska has gotten top marks in a ranking of business-friendly states.

Pollina Corporate Real Estate, Inc., a corporate site-selection firm based in Chicago, ranked Nebraska No. 2 in its 2015 ranking of the 10 most business-friendly states.

That ties Nebraska's highest spot in the ranking, achieved in 2013. The state was No. 3 last year. Utah was the No. 1 state for the fourth year in a row.

The ranking comes less than three weeks after Nebraska reached the No. 3 spot in Forbes magazine's Best States for Business and Careers list, its highest ranking ever on that list.
