A Lincoln company has agreed to pay $250,000 to settle allegations that it failed to pay its workers overtime.

Midwest Demolition signed a consent order with the U.S. Department of Labor earlier this week, according to a court filing.

According to the filing, the company will pay $125,000 to reimburse claimants for overtime that was not paid between Jan. 1, 2011, and Sept 2, 2013. Midwest Demolition also will pay $125,000 in liquidated damages.
