Mike Korth, a farmer from Randolph, has been appointed to the United Soybean Board.
Korth was one of 19 new members named to three-year terms.
Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue announced the appointments, along with three alternates, earlier this week.
The United Soybean Board is made up of 73 members representing 29 states and Eastern and Western regions. Members must be soybean producers and be nominated by a qualified state soybean board.
