The Nebraska Animal Medical Center is pleased to announce that Dr. Jaime Kline has joined veterinarians Dr. Kent Forney, Dr. Carrie Frey, Dr. Scott Pretzer, Dr. Brandy Witte and Dr. Micah Kohles on the professional staff of NAMC.
Dr. Kline received her bachelor's in animal science at Iowa State University in 2003 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in May 2007. In addition to general medicine and surgery, Dr. Kline's special interests include dermatology and internal medicine. She has advanced education on ear disease and treatments including myringotomies and MedRx otoscopy taught by Louis Gotthelf, DVM. She is able to treat and diagnose extensive and complicated dermatology cases which include autoimmune diseases, endocrine dermatopathies, allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, adverse reaction to foods, etc), infectious diseases (demodex, scabies, dermatophytes, resistant pyodermas, etc.), and paraneoplastic cutaneous diseases.
Dr. Kline's internal medicine experience allows her to diagnose and treat extensive internal medicine cases and does internal medicine treatments including abdominal ultrasounds, u/s guided FNA, bone marrow biopsies, transtracheal washes, and chemotherapy.
Dr. Kline is seeing patients at Nebraska Animal Medical Center 5720 Old Cheney Rd. in Lincoln.
