Every bride wants to look her very best as she processes down the aisle, dances at her reception and smiles for innumerable photographs.
If you are thinking about shaping up prior to the wedding, you will want to devise a reasonable diet and exercise program within the time available.
First, consult your physician to establish attainable goals. You won't want to starve yourself during pre-wedding parties where food and beverages are key element in the festivities. Or pull any muscles while jogging or jazzercizing.
Be realistic about how long it will take to tone up and trim down. You will need to be measured for your gown and order it a minimum of six months prior to the wedding day. Strive to meet your fitness goals by the time your dress arrives and alterations begin. Once you're fitted, you don't want the added expense of a re-alteration because you've lost or gained weight.
Make a point of eating healthy, getting plenty of sleep and coping with stress in healthy ways. A healthy, serene bride glows from within throughout her wedding day.
