Man gets five years in prison for child porn
A Lincoln resident was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty in U.S. District Court to possession of child pornography.
Bradley Luethke, 37, also was ordered to serve five years of supervised release and forfeited a computer and other materials to the federal government.
Luethke was convicted of receiving child porn over a nearly five-year period beginning in May 2003. He was arrested earlier this year, and pleaded guilty on June 17 to receipt of child pornography.
