Drunk boss punched former employee

A magazine salesman from El Paso was arrested Thursday after he punched a former employee in the face, police say.
The employee, a 24-year-old Detroit man, quit selling magazines for his boss, 24-year-old Jose Ochoa, but still had some items in his hotel room, Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood said.
Ochoa, looking for the items, confronted his former employee on the sidewalk near 29th Street and Cornhusker Highway, and the two started arguing.
Then, Flood said, Ochoa punched the other man in the face at least once, causing some pain but no visible injuries.
A witness told police Ochoa punched the victim at least three or four times.
Ochoa was arrested on suspicion of assault and taken to the Lancaster County Jail, where he blew a 0.191 BAC, Flood said.
