Richardson, who said he helped open Lincoln’s Macaroni Grill in 2000, described the restaurant as both sit down and take out. The menu will run the gamut from burgers and steaks to duck and veal.

The restaurant will not serve alcohol when it opesn, but Richardson said he hopes to eventually get a liquor license.
