" Just who decided to have the celebration at 9:45am on April 7 and offer free quarters to those under 18? This is during a time when those "under 18" would be in school! Not real smart! My seven year old caught it when she read this article! She's been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Nebraska quarter as she has been collecting them HELLO?! "
