The Community calendars on the Lincoln Journal Star, L Magazine and Neighborhood Extra websites are designed to announce/promote community events in the greater Southeast Nebraska area. These events include, (but are not limited to) fund raisers, concerts, sporting events, meetings and non-accredited/non-degree seeking classes. Promotional sales of a non-fundraising nature are not permitted on the calendars. The Lincoln Journal Star reserves the right to decline and/or edit all calendar entries for any reason. Submitting and event or purchasing a package will not guarantee placement in our print product. Items selected for print from the calendar submissions are at the sole discretion of the LJS editorial staff.
